The Esperanto Club met before Christmas to host their annual holiday cookie exchange. Anyone who wished to join could come as long as they brought some type of baked good.
The club members all laid out their assortment of tasty treats and traded them with each other.
Every year, the exchange brings both holiday cheer and diversity to the club as many people get the chance to try new and unique baked goods.
There was a large assortment of treats at the meeting including no-bake cookies, cupcakes, butter balls, and spritz cookies.
Upper Perkiomen art teacher, Mrs. Amy Lychock , also surprised everyone by bringing her delicious homemade fudge.
Overall, the club members had an enjoyable afternoon exchanging goodies and socializing.
While munching on their snacks, everyone talked about different holiday traditions that they do with their families.
When asked what her favorite part of the meeting was, Esperanto member Rachel Gody said, “All of the different cookies that I [got] to enjoy”.
