On Wednesday night, roughly 200 members of the graduating class were recognized for their outstanding academic accomplishments, great attendance, and school involvement.

Many seniors received honorary rewards at the Senior Awards Night

Jazlyn-Patricio Archer and Durin Uddin were announced as the Valedictorians for the clas of 2012, with perfect 4.8 grade point averages.

Jessica Budke was named Salutatorian, having earned a 4.78 grade point average.

Approximately 200 students and their families were invited to honor those who will graduate with honors, college acceptances. and scholarship earnings.

"Right now there is approximately $4.2 million in scholarship earnings," said counselor coordinator Corey Clyde.

The National Anthem was sung by Gracie Buchnowski and Jade Ellison.

The students then walked across the stage and received their award from Principal Shawn Boyle.

"Having my accomplishments being announced in front of everyone was great way to be recognized and made my parents proud," said senior Reina Velasco.
