With the school year coming to a close, senior spirit is in the air. During the week of May 21-25, the senior class took over the school with matching outfits and crazy crown decoraions. Every year, student council plans out dress-up days, a barbecue, senior awards and of course, the senior assembly. To start out senior week, Monday was senior crown and shirt day. All the seniors wore their personally decorated senior crowns to school. Throwback Tuesday came next, along with bringing the ‘90s back with a pep rally during both lunches in the quad. Wednesday, everyone represented their favorite college. Thursday was beach bum day, and last but not least, Friday was tie-dye day! On Thursday, all the seniors gathered in their coconut bra’s and hula skirts to enjoy each other’s company, make memories, eat great food and have fun in the sun at the annual senior sunset. At the senior assembly on Friday, May 25, senior confessions were revealed and a slide show of the upper-classmen baby pictures was shown. There were games, senior confessions, theatres final skit, an appearance by the Mr. Mountain Lion contestants, the senior best friends, and two performers singing a song written by senior class president Caden Fabbi. Senior Brian Manalo confessed, "My senior confession would be, when I was younger, I always wanted to be James Bond because he wears nice suits and kills people like a boss!"
