Stress
Advertising

It’s normal to feel stressed out, especially when you realize that passing your classes is suddenly very important. While it’s necessary to have some stress so you feel that extra push to finish your assignments and pass your tests, too much stress can be really bad for you and your health.

So how can you tell the difference between normal stress and excessive stress? If you notice any of these symptoms, (especially before going to school or before a certain class) then you are most likely affected by stress.

• headaches
• stomach pain
• aches
• tiredness & fatigue

Stress can affect everyone differently and some might notice it first than others but it can be fixed. There are ways to stop stress and methods to help you relax.

• Manage your time better if your stress is due to procrastinating
• Remember that your stress is only temporary
• Analyze the problem and find a way to fix it
• Talk to a friend
• Think positive!

Remember that stress is a part of life and everyone experiences it. Don’t let it get you down!
