Members: Martin Cerriton – vocals, Sergio Abelino – rhythm guitar, Ismael Perez – lead guitar, Francisco Maldanado – bass, Chris Perez - drums Website: http://www.dietoliveagain1.tk Die to Live Again started out in July 2004 as a form of summer entertainment. A five-piece metal-core/hardcore band, they hoped for a catchy sound with a “bite”. They feel their music influenced by the minds of “old Metallica, Arch Enemy, In Flames, and Sesenic,” says drummer, Chris Perez. A controversial phrase, the band’s name stems from the belief in making mistakes, yet still being able to have the second chance of rebirth. Singer Martin Cerriton, believes in writing about life, death, and chaos, “I write about what happens on earth and about the things to come. I write about what’s on the other side waiting for us.” When they aren’t playing shows, the band likes to hang out and go to the movies. They like to see local shows and consider their best show to be a house party they played on February 4.
