The Varsity Girls competed in the Katy ISD District Track meet. The girls finished 2nd place over all. Some of the top finishers were: 1600 Meter Run – Katie Haring – 1st place - Emily Voss – 5th place - Eva Vigh – 6th place 400 Meter Relay – DeDe Lee, Bria Vaughn-Hart, Tristin Sowell, and Deja Phillips – 1st place 800 Meter Run – Lauren Roberts – 4th place - Lindsay Roberts – 5th place 100 Meter Hurdles – Melanie Krpec – 4th place 100 Meter Dash – Bria Vaughn-Hart – 1st place - Deja Phillips – 3rd place 800 Meter Relay – DeDe Lee, Omri Brown, Elisabeth Childress, and Deja Phillips – 3rd place 400 Meter Dash- Vivian Pupo – 4th place 300 Meter Hurdles – DeDe Lee – 6th place 200 Meter Dash – Bria Vaughn-Hart – 2nd place - Omri Brown – 6th place 1600 Meter Run – Sarah Bailey – 2nd place - Eva Vigh – 5th place 1600 Meter Relay – Marley Brown, Vivian Pupo, Lauren Roberts, and Lindsay Roberts – 3rd place Discus – Christein Pounds – 3rd place Shot Put – Alexis Stiles – 3rd place Pole Vault – Haley Fox – 3rd place - Danielle Bishop – 5th place Long Jump – Tristin Sowell – 6th place High Jump – Tristin Sowell and Vivian Pupo – Tied for 5th The JV girls competed in the Katy ISD District track meet and finished as DISTRICT CHAMPS!!
