alaxy known as Quebec, a kid known only as Ghyslain, (because his parents want privacy) was goofing off in his high school drama class, he recorded himself fighting a mock light saber battle with a golf ball retriever. Getting more and more into it, Ghyslain swings his light saber faster and faster; he even starts adding his own sound effects. So never thinking that anyone will ever see him making a complete moron of himself, he records it. We’ve all had our embarrassing moments but most of us didn’t have friends that downloaded it to KaZaA. That’s right, his so-called friends downloaded his most personal moment, that all of us have had at one time in our life,(a star wars sword fight) and on April 19, the star wars kid was born. He became an Internet superstar over night and now, if you type in “star wars kid” on any search engine, you will get about 628,000 hits. And if that wasn’t embarrassing enough, people have taken the original footage and added clips from movies like the matrix, braveheart, and of course the star wars films. There are now over 180 clones of the video and more coming says the website “at the rate of one per day.” The fans are so dedicated to this Ghyslain, they have made a petition to put him in the next star wars movie!
