Perfect jewelry and shoes are the next most important things on a girl’s list. Jewelry that can be classy and inexpensive is hard to find, but not to worry; the flea market is the place where you are sure to find something for today’s style, after all, vintage is in. Chunky and showy are also in, and will top of your extravagant look.

Shoes on the other hand, are hard to find. They are essential because when you are dancing you want to be as free and comfortable to move as though you were barefoot.

Make up and hair are also difficult to find the closer you get to prom. Try to schedule two appointments. On your first visit, try out their products and find the color that works best for you. Mac is known for their fabulous makeup and is a great option for a night such as prom. Sephora, Clinique, Lancôme, and departments stores such as Nordstrom’s are also happy to give you a test drive.

If all this sounds too expensive try an at home treatment. Department stores are great place to try out shades and colors. Once you find what will give your look some attitude you are set. But remember to have fun because a smile will be the best accessory to a truly glamorous look.
