Thanksgiving can be traced back to the pilgrims. Thanksgiving is the time to give thanks for the things we have and for the people in our lives. Everyone gets together as a family and spends time together. It is a time for giving and sharing.

    At thanksgiving people come together and help each other out. They are there for each other. On thanksgiving it brings everyone closer just like any other holiday. It shows how close someone really is with you. Thanksgiving is the time to be very grateful for the life you have because there are so many out there that have nothing at all. Some do not realize what they have until they lose it all. Once someone loses everything they do not know what to do.  The people who have nothing and when they get something the cherish it. Give thanks to all the people that are there and all things you have.
    Appreciate everything you have because one day you might not have it. Give thanks and do not forget to give to everyone that has given to you. Spend time with the family and tell them all how much they are appreciated.
