Have you ever sat down and made plans for something important you want to accomplish before a certain amount of time? In life, people will make and break their plans. Accomplishments come and go constantly, sometimes without someone even realizing.

            During the Fall Semester, a lot of people are thankful for many different reasons in their high school career. Some were just happy to have passed while others were excited about sports or grades they made.

            “I think my greatest accomplishment would be actually making it through my first semester of high school alive!” writes freshman Bradleigh Hollister.

            We all know the first few months of school are always the hardest to get used to. Getting back into the swing of school after a summer of sleeping late and staying up all night can prove to be hard to any normal student. Those that come prepared and ready to pass yet again are what make the teachers and staff proud to do their jobs.

            We all are ready for another vacation, but just remember girls and boys, do not slack off before the summer time. The feeling of being accomplished at the end of the year is more than enough initiative to keep many going. Try to think of a goal you want to have finished before high school ends, write it down, and make it a mission to complete said task before the end of May creeps up on us.
