The long awaited “Big Lunch Barbeque Restaurant” is finally here at Danville High School. Located directly under the cafeteria, Coach Vaughn Little has opened his very own home-style BBQ shack. “I have been looking forward to this for a long time,” said Little.“I have always wanted to offer the kids a little bit of Big Lunch Barbeque here at the school.”
 During Intersession, some students got a chance to try some of the barbeque, and many of the students encouraged Little to start his own restaurant. “I am ecstatic that we can all eat his barbeque at school,” said sophomore Robert Rowland, “Don’t get me wrong, I love the lunch the school provides, but the barbeque is amazing.”
Not only is there seating for the students to eat downstairs, but there is also a lounge complimented by two televisions, a game console and a hot tub. “I wanted the kids to feel at home and comfortable down there,” said Little, “It’s a great environment, and I am thankful for those who helped set it up.”
The “Big Lunch Barbeque Restaurant” has already made an impact here at Danville High School because of the succulent food as well as the comfortable environment which students can now relax and thrive in.
 Food Network has already contacted Coach Little and has set up a date to come and do a show. “I never thought it would make this big of an impact,” said Principal Ed McKinney. “I love the barbeque and the publicity that the restaurant brings. It’s a win-win for the school.” Be sure to tune in to Food Network on April first to see Coach Little and his new restaurant on television.
