Freeport Bakery

This brownie was nearly perfect. A slight hint of coffee and perfect bitter savor reminded me of a bar of dark chocolate. The walnuts on top gave this brownie the best flavor.

This brownie was dense and firm with a perfect crisp top and a chewy center. It was moist and buttery but not oily.

It was less chocolatey in a good way, so that you enjoy what you have.

Of all the brownies, this one had a perfect touch of bitterness. A dash of cinnamon and evenly interspersed walnuts gave it a delectable flavor.

Crispy and light on the outside, this brownie had a fudgy and chewy center.

The brownie had a deep chocolate taste that was like a bar of dark chocolate, as opposed to being excessively sweet.

The chocolate was overwhelmingly rich and decadent. But it was artificial, and three different taste-testers immediately knew that it was from a grocery store.

Biting into this brownie was like biting into custard. It was too chewy, soft, and fudgy to enjoy.

This brownie had the weakest chocolate flavor; it was more like fudge.

This brownie tasted more like cake. It wasn’t rich enough and left an overly sweet and sticky feeling in your mouth. The icing tasted of shortening, and the walnuts on top of the brownie were too large, overpowering the taste.

The oily texture caused this brownie to fall apart like pebbles. It was too moist and did not hold the crumbly brownie shape of the others. This had by far the worst texture.

The chocolate taste was very strong but not overwhelming.
