If you enjoy nudity, crudeness, stereotypes, jokes, constant sex and the occasional dead body, Reno 911!: Miami might just be the movie for you. Many teens have viewed the Reno 911 television series, and the movie, except for the location change, is about the same.

It starts out with the gang of Nevada cops receiving an invitation to a police conference in Miami. As luck would have it, they end up being the only police force out of the building while all the area policemen are contaminated with a deadly virus. It is then up to the wild Reno cops to save the day.

They pursue the criminal behind the virus quite unsuccessfully in the beginning, and they run into many awkward and funny situations in the process. The cop force begins to look more like hormone-driven teens than enforcers of the law. The force does, however, have much fortune in its endeavors as it tries to take on this devious foe.

The movie deals with many racy topics, and it is not a good movie for the easily offended. This flick is definitely rated “R” for a reason. Parents, this is not a movie fit for the whole family. The constant cursing, nudity, and crude jokes make that clear.

If you are not easily offended, however, the movie does have many humorous aspects, including the entire police force chasing down a chicken with their guns. “The Rock,” a popular wrestler, also makes a short cameo in the film.

Reno! 911: Miami is an acquired taste. It takes much tolerance for “dumb humor,” and immunity to crudity. If these not-so-holy topics don’t make you want to cover your eyes and pray, this movie may be fit for your viewing.
