The Visor: Why do you want to be student council president and vice president?

Hannah and Allen: We are more than qualified to handle the reponsibilities of student council president and vice president. We have faith in our ability to listen, plan and act; we will make it happen. We also believe in the influence of our peers and asministration to make the upcoming school year something special.

Mascio and Buzzelli: We believe that we are responsible and easy-to-talk-to people who will lead the school well. We see it as an opportunity to make next year a lot of fun.

Unton and White: We believe that we have the leadership skills necessary to best serve the student body.

The Visor: What do you plan to do as leaders of student council?

Hannah and Allen: We plan to follow the "blueprint" and take it a step farther.

Mascio and Buzzelli: We plan to bring new ideas to student council, plus reestablish old traditions. We want to be able to work together as a team with the administration to accomplish our goals.

Unton and White: We plan to institute new clubs, like a hovercraft club, work to improve the dress code, increase school spirit, and become an active and personal voice for each and every student.

The Visor: What (if anything) do you want to change about Hoban?

Hannah and Allen: We want to place a new spin on old wheels; that is, we plan to renovate current groups and activities. If someone has suggestions, we encourage him or her to let us know about them.

Mascio and Buzzelli: We think we could change the pep rallies with new ideas and make them better than they already are. We want to try and forge a good working relationship so we can accomplish even more than this senior class has.

Unton and White: We would like to drastically improve Mum Day, gather more support for our athletics and clubs, and improve student-faculty relations.

The Visor: What is the most important focus of your platform?

Hannah and Allen: We believe in fun for everyone (as corny as it may seem). We encourage more than just "school spirit"; we plan to inspire school improvement and participation. Why stop at Mum Day?

Mascio and Buzzelli: We are two people the students can trust to get the job done. We really are interested in hearing the ideas of the students, what they think would make the year fun.

Unton and White: The most important focus of our platform is the representation of the needs and concerns of every student.

The Visor: What promises (if any) do you want to make for the students?

Hannah and Allen: We promise to move forward as a school united. We promise to keep our promise.

Mascio and Buzzelli: A great 2003-04 school year with more activities, an overall fun time for '03-04.

Unton and White: 1. A better Mum Day 2. A more active student council

The Visor: What makes the two of you a good team?

Hannah and Allen: "Life without passion is no life at all." We recognize the potential of the Hoban student body. We are both deeply rooted in the Hoban experience, and we encourage others to become so as well.

Mascio and Buzzelli: We work together well. We complement each other by being strong in areas where the other is weak.

Unton and White: We have known each other for a long time, are best friends, and have varying viewpoints that allow us to come up with creative solutions.
