With the entertainment award show season in full swing, the music industry’s biggest artists and fans are gearing up for its biggest annual event: the 45th annual Grammy awards. From pop to jazz to folk, the most talented artists in more than 15 musical genres will be honored for their achievements when the awards air later this month. While the number of categories presented is extremely varied, this year’s nominees bring the astonishing talent of new artists, the year’s best albums, and the work of musical legends together for a unique combination that exemplifies the show’s diversity.
