Most kids, unless otherwise directed by a doctor, should eat when hungry. If you are worried that you are taking in too many calories, then see a specialized doctor, but in the meantime we would recommend watching what you eat and making sure not to splurge calories on junk food or other foods high in calories. If you are eating the correct amount of calories, but feel a little self conscious then there is nothing wrong with a little old fashion exercise. There are many options and situations to consider before jumping in and just starting to exercise. If your health is questionable, then start of slow by walking and doing little exercises every day. Don’t over exercise and don’t push your self over the limit. Once you feel more comfortable gradually increase the intensity of your daily workouts. You may not see the results as quickly as you would like, but your body is getting healthier. I can guarantee all of your hard work will pay off in the end.
