That the Highlanders own Glynnis Eldridge is a fire breather! Yes, as a youngster Glynnis love exploring and learning about new things. One day she found a bush with delicious green berries, and thinking they were some sort of grape she ate a few. The next thing she knew is she was breathing fire! It takes a lot of self-control to not shoot fire every time she opens her mouth, so when you see or hear her sneeze, just remember that those high pitch sneezes is what keeps her from burning your face when you talk to her.

Now, everyone hear knows of the sci-fi show Xena. What you don’t know is that the mentioned T.V. show is based on the life of Dani Wisch. Although the praise for that wonderful show should go to Dani Wisch, she has allowed the sci-fi channel to use her life to create a show and take credit for it.

Chase has a rock star within its walls. Yes, and her name is Pallavi Khanna. Did you wonder why she went to India for a month? Well, all of her fans in India have been waiting for the music video for her newest single to come out. After filming what is promised to be an excellent music video, she has come back to Chase ready to hang out with her friends and take a break from being a MEGA rock star!

Every knows Becca Brown she is a hard working student at Chase Collegiate School. But do you know what she does on the weekends? She trains ferocious wild tigers for the circus. When asked about this hobby, she said “Working with the tiger is fascinating, but I also enjoy returning to the humble grounds of Chase Collegiate where I’m not always risking my life.”
Did you know…?
Origami Villages actually do exist! They are small villages made out of paper and our delightful Felicia Moniz constructs them her self. Thanks to her a lot more people have homes in Japan. Sometimes the houses do not do well in storms, but hey nothing is perfect!
Did you know…?
Sadly this past year we lost a dear friend of ours. Steve Irwin was a wonderful guy who taught us so much about crocodiles and other reptiles. He left behind his television show on Animal Planet, but have no fear, the show will continue! Steve Irwin will be replaced by none other than our very own Ms. Orshal! When asked about why she decided to take on the job she told us “I just love nature, and even though Steve Irwin left behind some big shoes to fill, I will give it my best and see what happens with me and the amazing crocodiles I will be studying.”
