3. I gave this a rating of 4 out 5. The reason I gave this movie a rating of 4 out 5 because the characters act very well. Also because the Beast went from mean to nice after meeting Belle.

4. What group of people would like this movie- in other words, who is the audience?

The animated film is targeted towards kids, but teens and adults would enjoy it too.

6. The movie takes place in a village in France in the 1700s.  In the beginning of the movie, Belle was living with her father Maurice. Gaston, the town hero, likes Belle and wants to marry her, but Belle didn’t like him. So one day when Belle’s father was riding through the forest with her, when he was attacked by a pack of wolves. During the fight, Maurice becomes unconscious so the Beast takes him to his castle. After that, Belle decided to take her father’s place, so he can go back to his house. The Beast lives alone in an enchanted castle where his servants are animated pieces of furniture.  He used to be a handsome prince, but he was transformed into a beast because he refused to give alms to a fairy disguised as a beggar. She condemned the Beast to remain under that shape until a woman falls in love with him. The Beast may think he may have a chance at true love with Belle, but he must win Belle’s heart before time runs out.  

7. I like when Belle and the Beast were dancing on the ballroom because it was so cute. It was funny  the first time for the Beast danced with Belle because he did not know how to start. I also like the decorations from the roof it made the scene romantic to watch. Another reason why I like it is because how extravagant they dressed the beast.

8. The lesson from this move is that many people can change. Intiially, Belle was afraid of the Beast, but once Belle got to know him better, she noticed that the Beast’s appearance was not what she thought of him. She grew fond of him as time passed.

9. I would absolutely recommend this movie to friend because this movie was really interesting. The reason why I would recommend it is because it is a classic movie that is good for kids. 

10. I think it worth it to see the movie in 3D because there are many messages in the movie. So now that the movie is on theaters in 3D is better because you imagine you are there with the characters.
