The Upper Perkiomen Leos Club is preparing for a busy next few months. Although the months of February and March have been almost eventless, other than the nomination of new cabinet members, the spring season always brings plenty of community service opportunities for one of the most active clubs in the Upper Perkiomen Valley.
In April, the Leos Club will be running a pet food drive within the High School to help provide food for pets kept in the local SPCA. After a presentation to the Lions Club in May, the Leos Club biggest event, the Relay for Life, will be from May 14th to the 15th.
Later in May, the Club will travel to Ephrata, Pennsylvania to help put together school, food, and health kits for underprivileged children in other countries.
