Lance Reddick has promised that the season 2 finale of Fringe "is shocking." Reddick plays Agent Broyles on the show. - Online Source

As the second season of Fringe winds down, viewers are intently watching and hoping for some answers.

In the latest episode, “Northwest Passage,” Peter finds himself on the run while Walter and Olivia try to track him down before they lose him forever. I personally thought the idea of an almost completely Peter-centric episode was fantastic.  We finally got to know Peter and his personality a little bit better, and parts of the episode showed us that even though Peter is on the run, he still trusts the FBI enough to call them when he is in need.

This week’s episode was very well done. Everything kind of fit together, and I thought it was neat that (for the first time since season 1) they had multiple mini-twists throughout the episode. I think the producers are making their way towards a big finale; the whole season has worked towards this moment. The ending of this week’s episode was phenomenal, as well. When the other Walter walked out of the darkness and saw his son for the first time in 20 years, we got a small taste of the bond they share; a bond that I think we are going to see throughout the rest of the season

Lance Reddick has said that the “finale is shocking.” The 40 year old actor who plays Agent Broyles stated, "It blew my mind when I read it. On the second-to-last page I was shocked and when I got to the last page I was floored. I was like, 'No...' to the point where I was like, 'Please no, please no, don't let you have that be it'." Reddick would give no more details about the ending.

Part one of the season finale, entitled “Over There: Part I,” airs on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 9 PM/8 PM central on FOX.
