The season for roller coasters is BACK. Kings Dominions opening day was April 16^th. Lots of people have been siced for it. Some students in Mrs. Marks classes got to take a field trip. They said they had a good time. Kings Dominion introduced a new ride called the windseeker this year.  Many anticipated the day when they could buckle themselves in those seats again.

The windseeker goes up 301 feet, spinning at a 45 degree angle, while reaching the speeds of 30 mph. You either love it or hate it. “I will never go on the windseeker ever again, its too high and scary.” Says Madeline Dohm.  “You know, my favorite ride at Kings Dominion now is the windseeker! It’s so fun!” Says Abigail Evans.

It’s not just the new rides that catch the crowds attention! Even the old wooden ones are still popular. “My favorite ride is the Grizzly” Marcus Toms says.
