This 19-year old impresses with her emotionally-appealing lyrics. - Ashley Gengler

Taylor Swift wouldn’t have to try too hard to impress her abnormally large and surprisingly gender-neutral fan base at Alta. Still, her handful of new singles doesn’t disappoint even her mildly interested fans. As always, T Swift does an impressive job of appealing to the crusher, the crushed, and the madly in love. The recently dumped teenage girl will appreciate and likely cry to the new piano ballad of “Forever & Always.” The girl with a new crush will enjoy bopping to the much more upbeat and cutesy “Jump Then Fall.” And the emotionally confused and jaded girl will truly relate to “The Other Side of the Door.” Whether you feel like bawling or singing at the top of your lungs, Taylor Swift is your girl.
Check out Tay’s new songs:
1. Jump Then Fall
2. Superstar
3. Untouchable
4. Other Side of the Door
5. Come in with the Wind
6. Forever & Always (Piano Version)
Also laugh at her Saturday Night Live Monologue if you haven’t already.
