The third swim meet for this year’s swim team was a large success. The swim meet was the first home meet of the season and took place at the Rockport YMCA on December 29 at 3:30. This was the first meet where both the boys and the girls won. In the previous meets the boys had won but the girls had lost.

The top girls were Ali Parker and Lianne McCluskey both wining all 4 of their events. The top boys were Bruce Dodge, Taylor Hall, and Tyler Evans winning all 4 of their events.

The final scores at the end of the meet were girls, 93 Camden to 55 Boothbay and for the boys, 81 Camden to 39 Boothbay. Each time a swimmer finishes his or her event the team is given certain points based on how well the swimmer preformed. The first place winner receives 5 points, the second place winner receives 3, and the third 1 The next meet for the swim team is on the 12th of January at 7pm at CONY.
