Every single day, every minute, every second people are learning something new. They learn from other people or even from their own mistakes. The school year is almost over and for some it's their last year of high school and many people have their things they have learned in the past to share.

Seniors have walked the halls of CHS for about 3 1/2 years now and they have learned quite a bit.

Senior Lena Jones explains what she has learned from the past was "to always work hard because what I have learned is that if I work hard then I will succeed, but if I slack off then I will fail or get a bad grade. Another thing I have learned is don't let drama rule your school year." 

Some seniors have taken advice from previous students before them and now they are ready to give advice of their own for younger students.

Senior Cindy Graves shares, "If I could give under classmen advice, I would say to do the best you can in school and to pay attention in class so you understand what's going on and if you pay attention in class you will do better on the tests teachers give."

Every year seniors tell us what they have learned from the previous years, but even by sophomore year some of the lessons have already sunk in. Sophomore Gage Buzzard explained, "I have learned to always get my homework done as soon as I get it and to always work my hardest in class so I understand whats going on."

Sophomore Zach Nuss explained his secret to success. "[I always try] To pay attention in class and to always study for tests so you get good grades because at the end your grades are what means the most," he said.  Learning from the past can help your future, so take the advice people give you to make your life easier in the first place.
