Coach Mangino said hurtful things. He ruined many of men's lives. He was mean and he made football players run bear crawls on the turf for being late to practice and not checking in. Players would end up with burns on their body. What an awful man. How dare he discipline players harshly. It's not like these players are getting paid to play...

Oh wait, they are. Most, if not all, college athletes are on some sort of a scholarship.

It is a shame scholarship money is wasted on whiny boys like the ones who have previously attended KU and played for Coach Mangino. Actually, it isn't boys complaining, they are grown men, and in some cases their mommies. One of the these men was Cory Kipp. According to NBC Action News, "Kipp says he failed to weigh in prior to a workout. Mangino told Kipp to meet him after practice. Kipp was expecting to have to run sprints as a punishment. Instead, Mangino told him to bear-crawl across the field. Kipp claims the turf was so hot that day that he stopped after a few yards because it was burning his hands. 'It burned so bad that I fell to my knees. Mangino was walking alongside of me the whole entire time I was doing these bear-crawls. When I fell to my knees, Mangino yelled at me to keep on going...as I got to the end, I fell to my knees again and flipped my hands over. On my right hand, it was burned all the way down to the flesh. Mangino to me, 'Next time you weigh in.' He turned to walk on the bus.'"

According to the KUsports.com, Cory Kipps biography says he is 6'4" and weighs 280 pounds...and he can't do a couple of bear crawls. He also can't manage to make it to practice on time. Ok son, it's time to grow up and put on your big boy pants. I am sure if I were getting paid to go to college I would be doing everything that would be required of me. I wouldn't go and cry about it and blame my coach for the problems I have. And usually when I am getting paid to do something I call it "work" and I don't sit around and waste my time and my boss's time. Cory Kipp is a grown man, as are all the others. They need to grow up and take responsibility for their own actions. Stop acting like a bunch of babies.

In case these men didn't know, Coach Mangino is one the best coaches that school had ever had. He lead the KU football team to three bowl games. Before Mangino, KU had only been to one bowl game ever! Though he may be tough, he is an unbelievably great coach. He has done more good for this team than he has ever done bad. Now they have run him off. Coach Mangino will never return to KU again.

Of course now they went and hired a new head coach. Turner Gill will be coaching the KU football team. Honestly I feel worse for the future of KU football team. Although I don't feel too bad for them. They have just made it even easier for every college football to team to come in and destroy them, especially Mizzou. Have a great future KU. I will enjoy watching you fail.
