Campbell senior Elgin Bridges has been rapping for six years and does it for the freedom of speech.

“Keep ya head down and keep workin,” Bridges said.

His music is mostly about girls; so, in a way, he reminds us of Drake, a contemporary rapper known for his lyrics about the ladies.  His idols are Rob Roy, Drake, and Steph Jones. Bridges’s influences are diverse and unique so look out for this kat. He is about to change the music world as we see it today.

Freshman Cameron Sheely aka “Cam” has been rapping since he was seven years old. He does it because it’s as natural to him as breathing.

And he lives this quote to the very end. For him to be so young, his lyrics are so mature.

His music is about to shake up the industry and make everyone run for their money.

Junior Qadeem Salaam better known as Stylez came to the scene when he was in 6^th grade. Music is all that goes down in his mind as he puts his all into it.

Short, simple and to the point.  And that’s exactly how he lives . He refuses to let anybody slow him down. When he raps the person that comes to mind is Kid Cudi. Real, random, but it all makes sense, and yes, Kid Cudi, is one of his idols. But the person he looks up to the most is Wiz Khalifa.

Salaam is crossing lines that most artists just won’t cross and is making a name for himself. For example, he did a free style over the Rihanna’s “Rudeboy” instrumental. His dreams are about to come true real soon.
