Fun and excitement filled the air in the library the other day as students presented their Renaissance-themed projects! Subjects such as the plague, William Shakespeare, Robin Hood, Michelangelo, witches, and religious wars, were presented with great acuity by Mr. Wickham’s outstanding underclassmen.
“It was a great experience.”  Jack Donahue states, and he’s not lying.  The students created a visual presentation about their outstanding projects.  Some, such as Rebekah Champlain provided trivia games about their topic.  Everyone visiting was very entertained by the interesting projects filling the room. One student, whose project was about whether Robin Hood was a real person or not, was very eye opening and intriguing, and she even gave out little tiny Renaissance themed scrolls with pictures of Robin Hood on them.    Those who were lucky enough to attend this short but very successful endeavor certainly know a lot more about way back then than they did before. Bravo, Mr. Wickham’s class!
