The past six years have been marked by obsession. Friday, November 18th, will only further that obsession many people have with Harry Potter. Harry Potter and the Goblet of the Fire movie will released at Century 14 in Roseville at 12:01 AM. Other shows will be held at noon, 3:30, 7:00 and 10:30 PM.

Truly dedicated fans will be lining up as early as 9 PM on Thursday, November 17th, just to get a seat.

The movie is 2 hours and 30 minutes long. A new director was brought onto the scene.

Mike Newel directed Goblet of Fire as opposed to Alfonso Cuaron who directed the last movie. Chris Columbus had directed the first two movies. All of the main characters are returning although there is plenty of room for disappointment at the character’s attire and new faces.

No matter how well the movie turns out, people will be lining up hours before regardless, fans will dress in their best Hogwarts uniform imitations and speak of owls, Cedric Diggory, Fleur Delacour, the Triwizard Tournament, Snuffles the dog and the Quidditch World Cup all night, day and the day after the release of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
