In Indio, a local cannabis dispensary owner, Stacy Hochanadel, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. The owner is being charged by the Riverside Sheriff's Department for breaking state marijuana law by gaining profit from the dispensary. She was also charged with unfair competition or unlawful, fraudulent business. Her sentencing is set to be in March 26.
