Spring Break

            As April gets closer and the weather gets warmer, Spring Break 2010 is right around the corner.  Students are excited that they finally get a break and get to relax for a week.  Although school may be over, the decision-making is not.  Now students must decide where they will be going for Spring Break 2010. 

Normally when you hear kids talking about Spring Break, you hear them say that they are going to their relatives or Florida.  Some students do not even care where they go, as long as they get a break.  There are also the die-hard spring breakers who try to find the best spring break destination possible.  According to About.com, the top Spring Break Destinations are as follows: Cancun, Panama City, The Bahamas, South Beach, and Florida.  It may seem as though Florida would be the most popular spot for students but Cancun is and has been the number one spot for quite a long time.

Cancun is rated as pure craziness during spring break week.  There are tons of beaches and late nightclubs that students can go to during their whole vacation.  Panama City and South Beach both prove to be huge destinations for students to go in Florida.  mtvU was at Panama City last year and they seem to real competitors for the top vacation spot of 2010.  The Bahamas and Jamaica are also very popular spots for students to go for Spring Break.  All of these places are great destinations and you will not be disappointed no matter which one you may choose.
