Advertising

On March 7th, Apple announced itss updates to their popular iPad. The new iPad comes in at the same price point as the iPad 2 ranging from $499-$829 in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB varieties. Beefing-up the processor, Apple is now including a quad-core A5X processor making it at least two times faster than the dual-core A5 processor in the iPad 2. With a million more pixels than an HDTV, another major addition to The new iPad is a high quality Retina display. The Retina display on The new iPad is four times clearer than it’s predecessor. A complaint that many reviewers of the iPad 2 had was the rear camera’s quality. The new iPad features a 5-Megapixel iSight camera featuring better optics and it lets you shoot 1080p HD video. On some models of The new iPad, you can opt for the 4G Internet connection on AT&T or Verizon which also doubles as a WiFi hotspot that you can share the connection with up to 5 other wireless devices.

The new iPad is set to release on March 16.
