During the cold weather of winter, my hands began to dry up and crack open a little bit. This is due to either washing my hands a little too much or using the school's hand sanitizer a little too much as well. And this always happens to me whenever winter comes around. The hand condition I may have is called eczema, which is when the hands began to dry up, become red, very itchy and sore, and my cause the hands to bleed a little.

I've had this condition for a while now that its starting to get on my nerves. So I've been trying to get rid of it for a heck of a while. What I've been doing is putting lotion on every night, then placing gloves on in order for the lotion to take effect. When I do the dishes I put rubber gloves on so the dish soap won't make my dry hands worse. Also, I try to use warm water when I wash my hands because hot water can cause dry hands to become worse. And I try to not use the school's hand sanitizer as much as I do since the sanitizer makes my dry hands sting when I put it on.

If I do all of these during the winter then my hands start to get better by the time spring comes around. However, even though my hands are better by spring they get worse again by winter, which really irritates me a whole lot. But I'm sure I'm not the only one who has dry hands during winter. And I'm sure that they want to get rid of their condition as much as I do. Hopefully someday I won't have dry hands anymore. If that ever happens I will be totally relieved.
